Mike Bradley - Owner of Bradley's English School

Hello. My name is Mike Bradley and I am the sole proprietor of Bradley's English School. After leaving university, I worked in the oil industry in USA, UK, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Holland, Angola, Egypt, Singapore, Australia and Japan. In February 1987 I changed career and became an English teacher. For the first three years or so, I worked for an English school in Japan as a teacher and later as the head teacher of that school. Having decided that I wanted to continue teaching English, I opened Bradley's English School in 1990. I have completed several courses on teaching English and since 2000, I have also been working as a distance teacher training tutor for a course provider in England. I have included some details of my research interests below in the hope that I can contact others with similar interests. If you find anything you would like to discuss further, you can contact me by sending a message via our message form on the contact us Pages. I may add more items to this area of the site if I find the ones below attract sufficient interest.
Loanwords - Are they Helpful or Problematic for Language Learners?
Newspapers - A Comparison of Broadsheet and Tabloid News Reports.
A few other items that may be of interest.
